We offer UK nationwide delivery and rapid same-day delivery across Birmingham, split into three delivery zones.

1. Standard UK Delivery (Evri / Inpost / Courier)

  • Dispatch: 1–2 working days

  • Delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Tracking is provided where available

  • Delivery charges are displayed at checkout

  • Some heavy items (pipes, coal boxes) may incur additional charges

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers

2. Same-Day Birmingham Delivery (Zones 1–3)

Shishapoint Delivery is the first shisha delivery service in Birmingham offering Uber-powered rapid same-day delivery.

How it works

  1. Contact us first via WhatsApp or phone

  2. Tell us your postcode

  3. We confirm your delivery zone + cost

  4. We send your order from our fulfilment partner

  5. You must meet the Uber courier kerbside to receive your package

  6. ID may be requested (18+ products)

Zone Prices 

  • Zone 1 (Local Birmingham): £15.00

  • Zone 2 (Wider Birmingham): £25.00

  • Zone 3 (Outer Birmingham): £35.00

    Prices may vary depending on distance and demand.

Important notes

  • Stock for same-day delivery may vary; we may offer suitable substitutes

  • If you fail to meet the driver, no refund is offered

  • Courier delays or issues are outside our control

  • Our branded sticker confirms authenticity, but packaging may vary depending on supplier availability

3. Dispatch & Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Couriers

  • Weather or road conditions

  • Driver shortages

  • Incorrect address information

  • Failure to meet the courier

4. Incorrect Addresses

If the customer enters the wrong address and the order has already been dispatched, no refund can be issued.
